Great Valley Writing Project at CSU Stanislaus is sponsoring a writing field trip for K-12 students, teachers and parents!

HIGHLIGHTS:  

This event offers a unique opportunity for students to develop their writing talents. Under the guidance of experienced Great Valley Writing Project Teacher Consultants, students have a chance to experiment with a variety of genre as they attend four hands-on-workshops.


WHAT IS GVWP?

The Great Valley Writing Project at CSU Stanislaus was established in 1983 and is a local site of the National Writing Project (NWP), the most significant coordinated effort to improve writing in America. NWP sites, located on 200 university and college campuses, serve more than 135,000 participants annually. Through its professional development model, NWP develops the leadership, programs, and research needed for teachers to help students become successful writers and learners.
